That Smile! Not just a smile for the sake of it - but because always there's a message behind the Smile. I remember the first time you read one of my books, you came to tell me how much you laughed while reading it. I have a vivid memory of how excited you were while telling me of how good you thought I was. That made me feel good about myself. The best impact that anyone can have over another person is making that person feel good about themselves. You are one of the few that I have met who has managed to do that so well.
